Vivid are working with a Local Authority based in East Anglia who are looking for a part-time Locum Property Lawyer for a period of 6 months to assist the Legal team as they cover a vacant post.Â
The role will be heavily geared towards commercial property law, with a smaller percentage of residential cases.Â
Initially the authority need someone to assist with existing cases, but will be allocating new cases for you to make your own from the early part of the contract.Â
They’re looking for someone with:Â
- Strong experience and background in Property Law
- Ideally have the bulk of this experience in the commercial side, however this is not essential
- Experience in a Local Authority setting
- Qualified or experienced to a good level
The authority can offer:Â
- c.£60/hr
- A fully remote working arrangement
- 6 month initial contract with a view for further extensions
- Exposure to regionally significant cases
- Provision of ITÂ
