Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of 3-5 simultaneous sites involving sewage infrastructure and roadworks across Antwerp
Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient allocation of resources
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within budget
Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations on all sites
Prepare and present detailed monthly progress reports covering technical, financial, and operational aspects
Collaborate closely with clients, local authorities, and internal teams to meet project milestones and deliverables
Requirements
Minimum 15-20 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in sewage and roadworks
Proven track record managing multiple sites simultaneously, with strong team leadership skills
Solid understanding of financial management within project environments, including budgeting and cost tracking
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Experience using ERP systems or project management software for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meeting strict deadlines
