Requirements:
- Strong expertise in system integration and commissioning of telecom, security, and office infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage project resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Strong leadership in coordinating on-site teams and managing subcontractors
- Fluent in German / English
- Solid experience in customer-facing roles within the data center environment
- Familiarity with mission-critical infrastructure and complex technical project settings
