- Solid experience in customer-facing roles within the data center environment
- Familiarity with mission-critical infrastructure and complex technical project settings

- Oversee Installation and System Integration
- Clarify and Implement Customer-Specific Requirements
- Coordinate Installation and Maintenance Resources
- Direct Communication with Customers and End Users
- Monitor Technical Installation Teams
- Post-Installation Support and Training
- System Testing and Commissioning
- Documentation and Reporting of Installation Results
- Adjust Installations for Changes
- Manage Vendors and Subcontractors
- Coordinate and oversee the work of vendors and subcontractors to ensure they meet contractual obligations regarding time, quality, and budget.
