Power Electronics Design Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for designing electronic data acquisition and control systems. You will develop hardware for accurately capturing sensor signals such as force, pressure, and temperature, as well as power-electronics solutions for controlling valves and motors.
Responsibilities
-Design system architectures, electronic schematics, and printed circuit boards, including testing and verification of new designs.
-Take ownership of complete systems, including the selection of sensors, power converters, and motor-control components.
-Support prototype development, define test procedures, and produce technical documentation.
-Work independently on new designs while collaborating with mechanical and software engineers as required.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, affinity with mechanical design would be a plus.
-Proven experience in circuit and PCB design, including signal integrity and EMC considerations.
-Knowledge of power-supply architectures and motor-control systems.
-Experience with sensors and analog front-end design.
