We’re recruiting for two Planning Officers in Hertfordshire to support a busy Local Planning Authority. Interviews are scheduled for week commencing 12 October, so get in touch ASAP if you’re interested!
🏡 Vacancy 1: Planning Officer – Householder Applications
- Location: Hertfordshire
- Contract: 6 months (maternity cover)
- Rate: £35 per hour
- Focus: Managing and determining householder planning applications
- Estimated monthly take-home: £3,600–£4,000 approx.*
🏙️ Vacancy 2: Planning Officer – Varied Backlogs
- Location: Hertfordshire
- Contract: 3-month rolling contract, with potential to extend up to 12 months
- Rate: £35–£40 per hour
- Focus: Working across a variety of planning backlogs and supporting the wider Development Management team
- Estimated monthly take-home: £3,600–£4,000 approx.*
