Planning Manager – Cambridgeshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Manager to join the development team of an established housebuilder in Cambridgeshire.
The role will involve managing planning matters across a portfolio of residential developments, including planning applications and providing planning input into land and acquisition opportunities.
Working closely with land, technical and development teams, you’ll help identify planning opportunities and risks and support the successful progression of sites through the planning process.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ planning experience, ideally gained within a housebuilding, developer or consultancy environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Salary: Up to £70,000 + car allowance, bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
