We are currently looking for a skilled Project Planner to join an exciting offshore platform construction project based out of Milan, Italy.
📌 Role Details:
Position: Project Planner
Contract Type: Freelance
Start Date: ASAP – July 2025
Contract Duration: 9 months (extension possible)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
Location: Milan, Italy
Work Model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote

🔧 Project: Offshore Platform Construction (EPC)
✅ Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the project schedule using Primavera P6
- Set and maintain baseline schedules and monitor progress
- Conduct critical path analysis and impact assessments
- Track deliverables and update stakeholders with regular reports
- Collaborate closely with technical and project management teams
🎯 Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
- Solid EPC project experience (offshore preferred, onshore acceptable)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be an EU citizen or hold Italian permanent residency
