About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in cybersecurity, NIS2 compliance, and CYFUN guidelines to support a strategic security transformation program.
In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks while also contributing to security policies, governance, and roadmaps. You will operate at the intersection of business, security, and IT architecture.
This is a high-impact position where both hands-on architectural design and strategic advisory capabilities are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end security solutions aligned with NIS2 regulations and CYFUN guidelines
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into robust architectural frameworks
- Define and maintain security policies, standards, and best practices
- Develop and drive a security roadmap in line with CYFUN and organizational objectives
- Lead the integration of security across systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Provide architecture governance and ensure compliance across initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and security teams
- Act as a trusted advisor in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, delivering end-to-end solutions
- Strong background in cybersecurity architecture and governance
- Experience with: NIS2 Directive implementation or compliance CYFUN guidelines and frameworks Designing security architecture in complex environments
- Hands-on experience in defining: Security policies Strategies and roadmaps
- Solid understanding of: Risk management Security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, etc. – nice to have)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- English: required (fluent) (Open for strong English-speaking candidates)
