Overview
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with an automation and MES background to support a large-scale MES implementation and upgrade programme within a production environment. The project is currently in its start-up phase, offering an opportunity to contribute from the early stages.
Key Responsibilities
- 70% Project Work / 30% Support
- Support and drive MES package implementations across manufacturing sites
- Contribute to MES upgrade projects and broader automation initiatives
- Work within a ticketing system, with responsibilities aligned to individual specialisation areas
- Collaborate closely with production and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and operational continuity
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- Background in automation and production/manufacturing environments
- Understanding of MES implementation and upgrade projects
Soft Skills
- Strong sense of ownership – this is not a Project Manager role
- Autonomous and proactive approach to work
- Ability to operate independently while engaging effectively with stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-moving project environments
Languages
- Dutch: Native / Fluent (essential)
- English: Fluent
- French: Working knowledge / conversational level acceptable
