Electronics Engineer (Testing & Hardware Verification)
I’m currently supporting an innovative hardware engineering client who is looking to bring on a Junior-Medior Electronics Engineer to support testing, verification, and design activities across motor control and power electronics products.
This is a hands-on engineering role within a multidisciplinary team, offering exposure to hardware design, test setup, and validation in a real production-oriented environment. The position is well suited to someone early in their career who enjoys working on-site, building test setups, and executing structured verification plans.
The client offers a flexible work policy, with an expectation of on-site presence four days per week (40 hours per week).
Role Overview
As a Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for hardware verification, test execution, and supporting design activities. You will work closely with senior hardware, software, and mechanical engineers, contributing to motor control applications and electronics development from early testing through validation.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform hardware verification and validation activities
• Set up and maintain test setups and test environments
• Define test plans and execute structured test procedures
• Support electronics design activities and design iterations
• Perform C-level software testing on embedded systems
• Test and validate power electronics (nice to have)
• Collaborate with software and mechanical engineers in an interdisciplinary team
• Document test results, findings, and improvement recommendations
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers
• Experience with hardware testing and verification
• Familiarity with motor control applications
• Experience using CAD tools such as Fusion 360, Altium, Cadence, or KiCad
• Basic understanding of embedded C-level software testing
Nice to Have
• Experience testing power electronics
• Exposure to structured test methodologies
• Experience working in multidisciplinary hardware/software teams
