Mechanical Supervisor – Piping Works (Hydrogen Project)
Location: Rotterdam

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor – Piping Works to join a major hydrogen project based in Rotterdam. The successful candidate will oversee piping installation activities on-site, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate piping installation activities on site
- Ensure works are executed in line with project schedules, drawings, and technical requirements
- Monitor subcontractors and site teams to ensure compliance with HSE regulations
- Coordinate with construction management, QA/QC, and engineering teams
- Conduct daily progress reporting and site inspections
- Ensure all piping works comply with applicable European standards and project procedures
- Support testing, pre-commissioning, and handover activities
- Resolve technical and construction issues as they arise on site
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising piping works on industrial projects, preferably hydrogen, oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy projects
- Proven experience managing mechanical/piping installation teams on large-scale construction sites
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Valid EU passport or unrestricted right to work within the European Union
- European-recognized piping/mechanical qualifications or certifications
- Strong understanding of piping isometrics, fabrication, installation, and testing procedures
- Good knowledge of HSE standards and site safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international project environment
Preferred
- Experience on hydrogen or renewable energy projects
- VCA certification or equivalent safety training
- Familiarity with European piping codes and standards
