We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join a brownfield industrial plant project near Mannheim.
Project: Brownfield Industrial Plant
Location: Near Mannheim, Germany (On-site)
Contract: 9 Months
Start: ASAP
Hours: 45 hours per week
Requirements
- EU Passport holder or German permanent resident
- Fluent German and English
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment and structural steel installation.
- Experience working on brownfield projects
- Ability to read technical drawings and manage site activities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical installation and structural steel works on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors and daily construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project specifications.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and report to the project team.
- Liaise with contractors, client representatives, and other disciplines.
