Mechanical Design Engineer
We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join the engineering team of our client. This role involves designing mechanical components and assemblies for custom machinery, supporting projects from concept through to production.
Key Responsibilities
Design mechanical systems using 3D CAD tools
Develop detailed drawings, BOMs, and documentation
Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams
Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting activities
Ensure designs meet performance, quality, and safety requirements
Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proficiency in SolidWorks
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
Experience in machine or equipment design is an advantage
