Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the technical aspects of multiple projects, under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Proactively seek creative solutions when projects face challenges or deviate from the plan.
- Support the Project Manager during the sales process and communicate effectively with customers about project scope and outlook.
- Plan and manage the work of multiple projects simultaneously, considering dependencies and ensuring accurate work estimations.
- Lead and align your team towards goal-oriented solutions, ensuring collaboration across disciplines.
Requirements:
- Completed HBO or WO degree in a technical field.
- At least 10 years of experience in an engineering profession.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Engineer.
- Familiarity with the ASML way of working is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to rally support within project teams.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
- Eagerness to learn, decisive, and proactive.
- A valid driving license (B).
- Living in or willing to relocate to the Overijssel region.
- Full-time position (32-40 hours per week).
