Overview
We are supporting a leading food manufacturing business in the search for an experienced Interim Quality & Food Safety Manager for a 12-month assignment.
This is a key leadership role within a large manufacturing environment of approximately 250 employees, requiring a strong background in food safety, quality culture, and operational QA leadership.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and improving food safety standards, supporting audits, and driving quality culture across the site.
Key Requirements
- Strong background in food safety and quality management within food manufacturing
- Proven experience working with BRC and/or IFS standards
- Strong understanding of food safety culture and compliance
- Experience managing quality systems within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across operations
- Dutch language needed for day 2 day communication
Responsibilities
- Lead site Quality & Food Safety activities
- Ensure ongoing compliance with BRC/IFS standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA and food safety
- Support audit preparation and customer compliance activities
- Promote and strengthen food safety culture throughout the business
- Work closely with production, operations, and senior leadership teams
