About the Client:
Our automotive client is investing in the modernisation of its European IT infrastructure and is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support ongoing operations and infrastructure migration projects.
Role Overview:
You will join the IT Operations team, ensuring the availability, security and performance of the infrastructure while supporting business projects and large-scale migration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support the IT infrastructure.
Ensure system availability, security and performance.
Deliver technical infrastructure for business projects.
Support infrastructure migration initiatives.
Provide 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support.
Candidate Requirements:
5+ years’ experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or Systems Engineer.
Strong experience with VMware/Nutanix, Windows/Linux, Active Directory and Cisco technologies.
Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.) and backup solutions (Veeam/HYCU).
Experience working in multi-site or datacentre environments.
Fluent in French and English (Dutch is an advantage).
