For a sub contracting client of mine, I am looking for a HSE Lead/Manager for a project that will run to the end of 2025 on a Pharma project currently running just outside of Copenhagen and they are looking for a HSE Project Leader to assist in ensuring Health and Safety on this site.

HSE Lead/Manager – Pharmaceutical Project – Denmark / Freelance – 12 Month + Project
Role:
- You will carry out risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace, assesses risk associated with each hazard, and develops appropriate strategies to mitigate or eliminate the risks.
- Lead and mentor the site based HSE team to improve performance and create a strong HSE culture
- Engaging with and developing relationships with Client HSE personnel
- Work with Subcontractors and Engineering Firms who are constructing the site to help ensure Safety Compliance and Standards
- Provide support to Operations to ensure all hazards associated with the site activities are identified and that risks to health, safety and the environment
Requirements:
- Strong Experience as a HSE Lead/Manager Positions
- Good Experience in Pharmaceutical Projects (Cleanrooms, Labs etc)
- Good Background as Foreman/Supervisor
- Languages: English Only (Danish a bonus)
- EU Passport Holder – MUST.
Details:
- Location: Copenhagen Area, Netherlands
- Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
- Start Date: October 2024
- Rotation: TBC (2×2 / 2×4 Weeks)
- Work Schedule: TBC
