We are seeking a dedicated HSE Consultant to join their team in Tienen. This role is vital for driving HSE initiatives and fostering a culture of safety within the organisation.
Position Overview: As an HSE Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and managing health and safety programs across the organisation. You will leverage your expertise in change management to facilitate HSE improvements and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on health and safety practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and ensure employee engagement.
- Manage change initiatives related to HSE practices and monitor their effectiveness.
- Prepare and present reports on HSE performance to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in health and safety.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing health and safety programs within organizations.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Fluent in Dutch, with excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization.
