A leading housing association is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Repairs to oversee and manage the repair and maintenance operations across a large portfolio of properties in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing service delivery and driving performance during a critical period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dedicated team responsible for repairs and maintenance services.
- Ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with contractors and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior repairs management role, ideally within a housing association or local authority setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of repairs and maintenance processes and regulations.
- Ability to drive operational improvements and maintain a high level of customer service.
Contract Details:
- Location: London (Hybrid Working)
- Rate: £500 per day
- Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
