About the Client: Based in Liège, this company specializes in the design and manufacturing of advanced fire detection systems. Their products include state-of-the-art smoke, heat, and gas detectors, tailored for industrial, commercial, and residential applications. With a focus on reliability and early detection, their solutions aim to enhance safety and mitigate risks in critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reverse Engineering the functional technicality of the specification of the already developed products
- Understanding the technical specification of the products to identify any future issues that may arise
- Lay the foundations for future product development, working closely alongside the Product Manager to do so
- Gathering information and requirements from key stakeholders, in particular Technicians, Developers and Sales
- Writing use cases for current products, ensuring the guarantee of future functionality of future products.
Candidate Requirements:
- 7 Years + Experience as Functional Analyst
- Practical experience working in product based projects – product development in particular
- Experience working with products that mix Hardware/Software (Nice to have)
- Excellent stakeholder manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent French and English
- Experience with UML
Contract Details
Location: Liege – 4 Days per week on site, 1 Day Remote
Duration: 6-12 Months
Rate: Negotiable
