My client in the industrial manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced Freelance Transformation & Process Management Consultant to join a client based in the Wallonia region. The mission is to spearhead a cultural and operational transformation within the company, working in close coordination with members of upper management (C-level) to shape and deliver the direction of that change. This is a hands-on role, combining strategic advisory input with the direct drafting of plans and projects for future growth and upscaling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the cultural and operational transformation, working directly alongside C-level leadership
- Advise senior leadership and provide strategic input on transformation direction
- Draw up concrete plans and projects for future growth and upscaling
- Build and present business cases to support strategic decisions based on ROI
- Own budget and financial oversight across transformation initiatives
- Support and lead audit processes as part of the transformation
Skills:
- Proven experience leading cultural and organisational transformation, ideally within manufacturing
- Strong change management background, comfortable driving buy-in across all levels of an organisation
- Experience advising and working directly with C-level/senior leadership
- Strong business development and business case experience
- Financially astute, comfortable owning budgets
- Auditing experience
- Fluent in English, French is a bonus
