Machine Learning / AI Engineer (Computer Vision)
Context
Development of machine learning models for image analysis applied to product quality control within an optics environment.
Scope & Responsibilities
- Work with large sets of product images to detect defects vs. good quality products
- Develop, evaluate, and improve machine learning models for image classification
- Identify areas of improvement and optimise model performance
- Contribute to a second layer of analysis:
- Classification of defects
- Understanding the type and impact of each defect
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python (core language)
- Proven experience in computer vision / image analysis / machine learning
- Ideally some exposure to optics or similar industrial environments
- Ability to work hands-on with models (development, evaluation, improvement)
