Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a live data centre project in Berlin. You will be embedded on-site with the project team, taking ownership of all quality assurance and quality control processes across the full lifecycle of the build.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the QA/QC strategy on site
  • Oversee all inspection & test plans (ITPs) and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Manage quality documentation, reporting, and handover processes
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives
  • Monitor and ensure quality across civil, MEP, and commissioning phases
  • Support and drive QA during commissioning stages (L3, with potential L4/L5 exposure)
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and ensure adherence to project standards
  • Identify and resolve quality issues proactively across the project

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager on large-scale construction projects (data centres preferred)
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, documentation, and compliance standards
  • Experience across MEP systems and commissioning phases
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and reporting capability
  • Fluent English required (German beneficial)
