Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a live data centre project in Berlin. You will be embedded on-site with the project team, taking ownership of all quality assurance and quality control processes across the full lifecycle of the build.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the QA/QC strategy on site
- Oversee all inspection & test plans (ITPs) and ensure compliance with specifications
- Manage quality documentation, reporting, and handover processes
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives
- Monitor and ensure quality across civil, MEP, and commissioning phases
- Support and drive QA during commissioning stages (L3, with potential L4/L5 exposure)
- Conduct audits, inspections, and ensure adherence to project standards
- Identify and resolve quality issues proactively across the project
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager on large-scale construction projects (data centres preferred)
- Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, documentation, and compliance standards
- Experience across MEP systems and commissioning phases
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively
- Strong attention to detail and reporting capability
- Fluent English required (German beneficial)
