Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements and maintaining clear communication.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Agile Practices: Apply Agile or hybrid project management methodologies, conducting stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews as needed.
- Resource Management: Allocate and optimize resources effectively to ensure project success.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports, project charters, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in IT project management or related roles.
- Proven track record of managing medium-sized IT projects in hybrid or Agile settings.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and emerging technologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a hybrid work model.
- Language:
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
- Certifications (preferred):
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
