One of our clients is looking for a Digital Workplace Engineer on a long-term freelance basis.

Your Profile
🔹 4+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, Collaboration, Infrastructure or related IT environments
🔹 Proven experience managing Microsoft Teams and collaboration services in an enterprise environment
🔹 Good knowledge of SharePoint / SharePoint Online
🔹 Experience with mailbox and messaging management, ideally Exchange / Exchange Online
🔹 Experience supporting media conferencing and meeting-room technologies
🔹 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within an IT operations / service management environment
🔹 Experience working with internal teams, operational teams and/or external service providers
🔹 Strong understanding of ITIL / IT Service Management principles
🔹 Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
🔹 Based in Budapest and available to work onsite approximately 6–7 days per month
