Implementation of a digital chatbot leveraging internal company data (SharePoint) to support customer-related queries.
Scope & Responsibilities
- Build and train a model using internal knowledge bases (SharePoint data)
- Enable internal teams to query customer support topics and retrieve relevant answers
- Structure and optimise outputs so they can be shared directly with customers
- Improve accuracy and relevance of responses over time
Requirements
- Experience with LLMs / NLP / chatbot development
- Experience training or fine-tuning models on internal/company data
- Strong Python skills
- Ability to structure and expose data for business use
