I am working with a local authority in the North West who is after one or two Food Safety Officers to complete category C/D inspections on a paid per inspection basis.
The number of inspections depends on the rate but it is estimated that you will receive around 200 to begin with. You can manage your own workload and complete the inspections in your own time.
