📌 Finance Manager (Freelance) | Brussels | ±6-Month Assignment
For an international NGO / non-profit organization, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support the finance function on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities • Oversee financial operations, reporting, and budget management
• Ensure compliance with donor, grant, and internal financial requirements
• Support audits and financial controls
• Monitor cash flow and financial planning
• Partner with internal stakeholders on financial decision-making
✅ Profile • Proven experience as a Finance Manager within an NGO, INGO, non-profit, or humanitarian organization is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and donor-funded projects
• Experience with grants and donor reporting
• Fluent French speaker with a good command of English
• Available for a freelance assignment
