ERP Project Manager – Kortrijk (Belgium) – Freelance 12 months+
For a European logistics client located in Kortrijk, Belgium, I am searching for a freelance ERP Project Manager to work on a long term mission.
This is a hybrid role offering 3 days working from home per week.
Role:
- Establish the project scope, collaborate closely with the customer, and document assumptions within a project charter. Develop a comprehensive project plan that accounts for deadlines, budget constraints, resource availability (both internal and external), and quality standards.
- Oversee project management, coordinate supervision, and ensure effective organization and budget control throughout the software implementation process, including kick-off, analysis, software development, testing, training, support during acceptance testing, and go-live facilitation.
- Track project progress and adherence to contract agreements, consistently monitor the execution of the project plan, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Skills:
- You have 4+ years experience in a similar role.
- You are a smooth communicator and good motivator/coach.
- You are very accurate and thus efficiently monitor budget, scope, timing of projects.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- You are fluent in English. Dutch/French is a bonus.
