For a growing professional services organization in the Antwerp region, we are looking for an experienced Freelance ERP IT/Business Project Manager to lead the preparation, selection, and implementation of a new ERP platform.

The organization is embarking on a strategic ERP transformation initiative aimed at optimizing financial, operational, customer-facing, and support processes. The selected consultant will lead the discovery and scoping phase, define the future ERP landscape, manage the software selection process, and prepare the business for a successful implementation.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams, combined with extensive ERP transformation experience.
