Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for on-site coordination and delivery on a large industrial plant construction project. The role involves managing daily electrical site operations, overseeing plant electrical works, ensuring safety standards are met, coordinating commissioning activities, and maintaining smooth communication across all stakeholders.
Strong site coordination experience, a proactive approach, and fluency in German are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for on-site electrical works
- Coordinate and oversee daily site activities and ensure efficient project execution
- Manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers
- Implement and maintain strict quality management processes on site
- Coordinate on-site commissioning activities
- Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved
- Act as the main point of contact for on-site coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or plant construction projects
- Strong background in Electrical Engineering
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and site activities
- Hands-on approach with excellent organisational skills
- Fluent German speaker (essential for site coordination)
- Strong understanding of site safety, quality control, and compliance standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand construction environment

- Location: Near Leipzig, Germany (on-site)
- Duration: 12 months
- Working Schedule: 5 days per week / 50 hours per week
- Rate: All-inclusive – Dependant on experience
