Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the North West who are seeking to hire an Education/SEN lawyer on a rolling contract for 6 months to cover a permanent recruitment drive.
The position would require infrequent office presence and so local candidates are encouraged to apply,
The ideal candidate will:
– Have at least 3 years PQE,
– Have previous experience with SEN appeals, exclusions, tribunals,
– Be able to hold a diverse caseload also inclusive of s4441s and JRs,
– Be comfortable working autonomously in a small team,
– Be experienced working in the public sector.
