A local authority in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced Development Management (DM) Team Leader to support their planning team on an interim basis.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-regarded council where previous contractors have had excellent experiences.
Key details:
- Team leadership within Development Management
- Ideally starting within the next 4 weeks
- Hybrid working: ~2 days per week in the office (flexible to 1 day)
- Competitive rate: £55–65 per hour
Requirements:
- Strong Development Management background
- Previous management or team leadership experience
