Locum Debt Recovery Solicitor / Legal Executive role
A forward-thinking firm that I am currently working with are currently seeking a debt recovery solicitor to join them on a locum basis on an initial 6-month period.
About this position:
Job Title: Debt Recovery Locum (6-Month Contract)
Location: North West (Hybrid – Minimum 1 Day Onsite)
Rate: Competitive hourly rate
Contract Length: 6 months (with potential extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Managing debt recovery litigation
Advising on and supporting enforcement actions
Ensuring compliance with consumer credit legislation and regulatory obligations
Dealing with matters arising from leasing finance agreements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years PQE or experienced Legal Executive with a strong background in debt recovery
Solid understanding of consumer credit law, leasing finance, and enforcement processes
Experience handling high-volume recoveries and complex litigation
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Based in the North West, with willingness to attend the office at least 1 day per week
