My client, a local authority in the hertfordshire region, is currently looking to recruit for an interim Damp and Mould Surveyor on a 3-month contract.
Required:
- Strong Knowledge of Awaab’s Law.
- Qualifications in Damp and Mould.
- Proven experience in damp and mould for a local authority.

Day to day:
- Diagnosing and specifying works.
- Raising orders.
- Contractor management.
- SOR.
- 5 surveys per day.

Package:
- £40/hour.
- £0.45p mileage site to site.
- 3 month initial contract.
