Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and trilingual Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and coordinate security initiatives for a major telecom client based in the Brussels region.
This role requires a strong blend of cyber expertise and human skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively, navigate complex environments, and deliver projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver cybersecurity projects (IAM, SOC, network security, cloud security, etc.)
- Define project scope, planning, timelines, risks, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, security, infrastructure, vendors)
- Drive stakeholder engagement using strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal (human) skills
- Track project performance and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks and telecom regulations
- Act as the key point of contact between business and technical teams
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in cybersecurity environments (strong cyber experience required)
- Solid understanding of security domains (ISO 27001, NIST, IAM, SOC, etc.)
- Experience in telecom or large enterprise environments is a strong asset
- Strong human skills: stakeholder management, communication, leadership, adaptability
- Ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment
Language Requirements (Trilingual)
- French: minimum B2 (mandatory)
- English: professional proficiency
- Dutch: professional proficiency preferred
Work Setup
- Location: Brussels region
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week
- Duration: 12+ months contract
