Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot CRM implementation projects.
- Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, and process workshops with clients.
- Analyse and optimize Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional blueprints and implementation roadmaps.
- Design CRM data models and support data migration activities.
- Work closely with technical consultants on integrations and API-based solutions.
- Guide clients through implementation, user adoption, and change management.
- Deliver end-user training and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and project documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading CRM implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and gathering business requirements.
- Knowledge of CRM data models and solution blueprinting.
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
- Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
