About the role
Our client is looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join the team on a locum basis, managing a varied property caseload and helping to maintain a consistent standard of service to clients during the contract.

- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, transfers and related documentation
- Deal with lenders, estate agents, other solicitors and third parties
- Complete registration with HM Land Registry and manage SDLT requirements
- Maintain accurate file records and comply with anti-money laundering and regulatory procedures
- Keep clients updated and provide clear, practical advice throughout each matter
- Work with colleagues across the practice to ensure continuity of service
