Role: Construction Manager (3 vacancies)
Location: Dresden
Contract Length: 15 months
Rate: TBD
Start Date: ASAP (Early August)
Ideally 7-10 years of experience
Must be German Fluent (C1 – C2)English is a bonus
Technical scope:
– Interior finishing
– Drywall
– Fire protection
– Metalwork
– Doors
Responsibilities:
Technical, scheduling, and contractual management of subcontractors
Preparation, updating, and tracking of the construction schedule for the trades under supervision. Coordination of interfaces with other trades and project stakeholders.
