- Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required
- Answer questions from management, Engineering, Sourcing, Projects as required
- Keep the Project Manager updated regularly on progress
- Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Project Director
- Ensure that work site have implemented the safety rules
- Plan, organize and staff key field positions through department heads
- Organize and lead weekly review meeting
- Participate to weekly review meeting with the client
- Follow-up the progress of the work done by the workers
- Ensure that the construction schedule is followed and put in place corrective actions in case of delay
- Assist and coordinate with department heads in providing solutions to important day to day problems that may arise
- Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed safely and in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
Must be able to freelance in Germany (EU passport or German residence)
