Job Title: Concrete Site Supervisor/Manager
Location: Eindhoven/Breda, Netherlands
Normal Working Schedule: 5 days per week (flexible based on projects).
Project: Concrete/Foundation Packages for Multiple Construction projects (bridges, energy infrastructure, viaducts, tunnels etc..)
Start Date: latest 01/01/2027 (but can be sooner).
Contract Type: Detavast – 12 months and then permanent employee of client.
 
About the Client:
Our client is a major global engineering EPC working on Construction and Infrastructure project located in Zuid Netherlands (mainly Eindhoven/Breda area in Brabant).

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Concrete Site Supervisor/Manager to join the team and work on multiple projects around Zuid Netherlands (mainly Eindhoven/Breda). Projects will be up to €25M and will be related to the concrete/foundation packages for the construction of bridges, tunnels, viaducts, energy infrastructure etc..

Key Responsibilities:

• Join the team on the EPC as the Concrete Site Supervisor/Manager working on multiple projects related to the concrete package for the construction of tunnels, bridges, viaducts, energy infrastructure etc..
• Projects will all be located within Zuid Netherlands, mainly around the Breda/Eindhoven area of Brabant and will be up to €25M in value.
• During preparation for projects, you will work in the office closest to home to avoid unnecessary driving but the main office is located in Eindhoven. Whilst projects are running you will be onsite at the project location.
• Work closely with your work preparators, PM etc.. and oversee all concrete related activities onsite.
• Coordinate subcontractors, lead daily briefings, toolbox talks, enforce RAMS etc..
• Direct daily concrete pours, finishing, formwork setup, and curing processes according to design and technical specifications.
• Ensure the ordering of concrete mixes, materials, and equipment hire while managing the labour onsite.
• Ensure all concrete works is inline with Quality standards, avoiding defects and maintaining structural and finishing standards.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, site diaries, plant returns, and QA documentation.
• Ensure correct compliance and documentation of everyone onsite.
• Liase with all key stakeholders and work together to ensure a smooth project from start to finish.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5-10 years experience in concrete/civil works.
• English & Dutch speaking.

Location: Zuid Netherlands (Eindhoven/Breda), Netherlands.
Normal working schedule: 5 days per week (depending on project).
Duration: Detavast contract (12 months then permanent employee of the client).
