We are working with a Local Authority in the South East’s growing legal team who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property lawyer to join them!
Even though the role can be offered as remote, office attendance would be welcomed.
The role:
- Full time hours
- 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
- Fully remote working
- Rate: £50-60ph depending on candidate experience
- Must have prior and extensive local authority experience
- Must have experience with acquisitions, disposals, and lease extensions.
