Normal Working Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Project: Supervising the Concrete/Foundations work on Industrial Sites

About the Client:
Our client is focussed on Infrastructure and Roadworks projects, specialised in Concrete/Foundations works, Asphalt, Ground Works, Level Works, Sewage Works etc.. and working on some of the largest industrial sites in the Netherlands!

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee 3 to 4 project sites (all close to Breda) to work on various projects overseeing subcontractors working on concrete works, foundation works, asphalt, ground works, level works, sewage works etc.. on large industrial sites in Breda working on projects such as Parking lots, loading bays, sewer lines, pumps, drainage, retaining walls etc..

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 3 to 4 projects simultaneously as the Civil site supervisor, preparing projects and overseeing subcontractors, working on multiple projects related to industrial site working on concrete works, foundation works, asphalt, ground works, level works, sewage works etc..
• Projects will all be located in the Breda area, and relate to Parking lots, loading bays, sewer lines, pumps, drainage, retaining walls etc..
• During preparation for projects, you will work in the office closest to home to avoid unnecessary driving but the main office is located in Eindhoven. Whilst projects are running you will be onsite at the project location.
• Work closely with your work preparators, PM etc.. and oversee all activities onsite related to your package. 
• Coordinate subcontractors, lead daily briefings, toolbox talks, enforce RAMS etc..
• Direct daily concrete pours, foundation works, Asphalt, ground works, level works, sewage works, finishing, formwork setup, and curing processes according to design and technical specifications.
• For sewage works, these involve installing concrete tubes 800mm or 1500mm thick etc.. sometimes 1km or more in length.
• Ensure all works is inline with Quality standards, avoiding defects and maintaining structural and finishing standards.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, site diaries, plant returns, and QA documentation.
• Ensure correct compliance and documentation of everyone onsite.
• Ensure deliveries are arriving on-time and coordinate changes effectively.
• Liase with all key stakeholders and work together to ensure a smooth project from start to finish.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Civil Site Supervisor/Superintendent.
• Experience working on Infrastructure Works or Roadworks.
• Experience in at least 2 of (Concrete works, foundation works, asphalt, ground works, level works, sewage works.
• Dutch speaking.
