Role
As a Civil Project Manager – Geotechnical Engineering, you will be responsible for managing geotechnical and civil engineering projects from feasibility studies through design and construction support. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
You will contribute to a wide variety of projects including transport infrastructure, tunnels, bridges, industrial facilities, energy projects, urban developments, and major public works.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage geotechnical and civil engineering projects throughout their full lifecycle.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical engineers, structural engineers, environmental specialists, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with Belgian and European engineering standards and regulations.
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in civil engineering and geotechnical projects.
- Proven experience managing engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of soil mechanics, foundation engineering, earthworks, and underground construction.
