CAM Programmer
We are seeking a skilled CAM Programmer to develop and optimize CNC machining programs for precision-manufacturing components. The Ideal candidate has experience with NX CAM and a strong understanding of machine processes, tooling, and CNC operations. Experience with other leading CAM software platforms will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using NX CAM or comparable CAM software to support efficient and high-quality manufacturing.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to develop machining strategies, troubleshoot issues, and improve manufacturing processes.
- Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining methods while ensuring programs meet quality, safety, and productivity requirements.
Requirements
- Experience programming CNC machining operations using NX CAM; experience with other CAM platforms also welcome.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, GD&T, engineering drawings, and manufacturing best practices.
- Fluency in Dutch, or willingness to learn Dutch.
