About the Role
Our customer, a leading player in the food & beverage sector based in Limburg, is seeking an experienced Freelance Business Analyst to support their finance team. This role focuses on improving and streamlining finance-related processes, with a strong emphasis on purchasing agreements, indirect purchasing, VAT compliance, PEPOL integration, and e-invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the finance team to analyse, document, and improve processes in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
Support the setup and optimisation of purchasing agreements and indirect purchasing workflows.
Assist with VAT-related issues, ensuring compliance with local and EU regulations.
Contribute to PEPOL and e-invoicing implementation and optimisation.
Document processes and solutions, preferably using Microsoft Visio.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly translated into actionable solutions.
Provide expertise and guidance to ensure successful project milestones and deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a finance context.
Hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
Experience with Microsoft Visio is highly valued.
Strong understanding of purchasing and finance processes in a corporate environment.
Familiarity with VAT legislation, PEPOL, and e-invoicing in Belgium/EU.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
Understanding of French is a strong plus.

Contract Details
Part-time: 3 days/week (2 days onsite in Limburg, 1 day remote).
Start Date: As soon as possible.
End Date: At least December 2027, with potential for further extension.
