Freelance BPO – WMS
We are looking for a Freelance Business Product Owners to join an international transformation program in East Flanders. We are looking for a BPO focused on WMS/Warehouse Management.
Location: East Flanders
Start: October 2026
Duration: Minimum 12 months
Contract: Freelance
Travel: Approximately 1 week abroad per month

Business Product Owner – WMS
You will be responsible for the product vision and roadmap for warehouse management and logistics processes within D365 F&O.
Your responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the WMS product backlog
- Translate warehouse requirements into functional solutions
- Optimize warehouse and logistics processes
- Work closely with business, IT and implementation teams
- Coordinate testing, releases and continuous improvements
- Drive process harmonization across international sites
Your profile:
- 5+ years as Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of WMS, warehouse and logistics processes
- Strong knowledge of operational Business Processes
- Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O
- Experience in the food industry is important
- Experience with ERP transformation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
