Freelance BPO – Quality 

We are looking for a Freelance Business Product Owner to join an international transformation program in East Flanders. We are looking for a Product Owner focused on Quality.

Location: East Flanders
Start: October 2026
Duration: Minimum 12 months
Contract: Freelance
Travel: Approximately 1 week abroad per month
Language: English

Business Product Owner – Quality

You will own the business vision, roadmap and continuous improvement of quality-related processes within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the Quality product backlog and roadmap
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories
• Act as the bridge between business and IT
• Optimize and standardize quality processes
• Coordinate testing, releases and implementations
• Manage stakeholders across multiple countries and business functions

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience as Product Owner, Business Product Owner
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management processes
• Strong knowledge of operational Business Processes
• Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O is highly desirable
• Experience in the food industry is important
• Experience in ERP implementations or transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
