Asset Manager
Location: Dudley | Contract | 36 hours per week
Daily Rate: Competitive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asset Manager to lead the delivery of property asset management, compliance, and maintenance services for a well-established housing organisation.
You will oversee reactive and planned maintenance programmes, capital investment projects, regulatory compliance, contractor performance, and estate services, while managing a small team. This role also plays a key part in delivering sustainability and retrofit objectives, driving service improvements, and contributing to the organisation’s strategic direction.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in surveying, repairs, maintenance, or asset management
Strong knowledge of building construction, compliance, and health & safety regulations
Experience managing contractors, budgets, and planned works programmes
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Relevant construction-related qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred)
