Asset Manager – 3-6 Months – Midlands
I am working with a well established local authority based in the midlands, looking to bring on an interim Asset Manager into the team whilst they recruit permanently. This is an exciting opportunity to stabilise the asset team and delivery the improvement plan from the regulator
Within the role you will be:
– delivering the asset improvement plan
– forecasting the investment and compliance on the housing stock
– helping to implement ad streamline new asset data systems
We are looking for the following:
– experience within social housing
– strong knowledge of asset management and compliance
– strong management and leadership experience
You would need to be able to start within 2 weeks
